Two Vemags Stuffers can be used together with a Reiser-engineered coextrusion attachment to produce a collagen-coated turkey sausage. This system is ideal for the continuous high-speed production of exact-weight, closed-end breakfast sausages. It produces an attractive sausage with no twists and provides significant cost savings on casings.
