Laser Diode

The CVKK Series of extremely bright 1550nm pulsed laser diodes are eye-safe devices that feature low divergence and high brightness to deliver reliable and stable output power (up to 75 Watts) from -40°C to 85°C. Hermetically-sealed and RoHS compliant, the new unit is ideal for industrial use. The series is designed for rugged environments and extreme temperature tasks. Typical peak wavelength is 1550nm, with a minimum operating wavelength of 1530nm and a maximum of 1580nm. The spectral width is 15nm, and the full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) beam divergence is 10 x 24 degrees.
