Bulk Bag Discharger With Bulk Bag Feeder

The MATERIAL MASTER™ BULK BAG DISCHARGING SYSTEM lifts, loads, seals and discharges flexible intermediate bulk containers of dried bulk materials into down-stream processes. The unit features an electric chain hoist with motorized trolley. It also includes Company's low-headroom, Mantis™-style bulk bag lifting frame. It features a surge hopper with a vibratory feeder/screener and required controls. The product discharge transition includes a Sure-Seal™ spout clamping system for dust-tight product discharge. The equipment includes an operator work access platform.
