The FD Food Portioning Scale is a rugged, multi-use product for food portioning and checkweighing. The unit is designed to clearly and quickly display weighing results using a large backlit LCD display that provides updates within 2 seconds. An audible buzzer alerts users when limits are reached. The product can be set to either simply display a weight, or to act as a dedicated, low-profile checkweigher for food portioning and grading. Utilizing all-stainless steel construction, the unit is NSF listed and certified to NSF/ANSI 169-2005 and USDA-AMS accepted to NSF/3-A 14159-1, and supports HACCP compliance.
