Nelson Peltz, an "activist investor," is meeting with CEOs to push for an acquisition that he says could yield sweet returns. Peltz is urging PepsiCo to buy Mondelez, the snack foods giant that recently separated from Kraft Foods, to replace Pepsi's own ailing snack foods brand. But his plan seems to be facing some resistance. He said,

"Pepsi right now doesn't love the deals."
