Feds are considering opening long-closed fishing areas in the Northeast. Those involved in the fishing industry in the area are debating the best way to limit over-fishing while ensuring the livlihood of local fishermen. Maggie Raymond, a fishing boat owner from Maine says:
"It shouldn't matter where you kill a fish, as long as you don't exceed whatever allocation that you have for a species."
