Better Process Control School Workshop

Chapman University’s Food Science Program and the Office of Extended Education offers a Better Process Control School workshop; 4-Day Low Acid Food and a 2-Day Acidified Foods.  This workshop is offered twice a year; Spring and in the Fall.  Our next workshop will be held March 25th-28th, 2013 and again August 5th-8th, 2013; classes are from 8:30am-5pm.
