They Can’t Take Your Peanuts Away

Peanuts on planes, it’s always been sort of a package deal. However, after some concerns over passengers with severe allergies, there was some discussion on whether to remove the traditional airplane snack. But that’s just not possible, says the Department of Transportation. Why? Because, according to CNN,  there is a law protecting your right to have peanuts on planes.  In order to remove peanuts from planes, there would have to be a scientific study conducted to determine whether the presence of peanuts on planes causes severe allergic reactions.
