She has been working in book and magazine publishing since 2005 and has covered the food processing industry for Food Manufacturing since 2009. Krystal holds a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with an emphasis in multimedia and web design.

Lindsey Jahn is the Associate Editor for Food Manufacturing and has been with the magazine since 2010. She has worked in food industry and agriculture communications since 2008, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on public relations from the University of Louisville in 2009.
